Mr. Raring is considered one of the foremost experts in litigating securities cases and brings more than 40 years of experience in the securities industry. Mr. Raring began his career in the securities field by working as a securities trader, and has since gone on to litigate over 500 cases before the NASD, the Pacific Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange and the OFTC Reparations Forum. Mr. Raring has represented claimants as well as brokers and he has also served on many occasions as an expert witness.
