Associate
Eric J. Hardeman is an associate in the firm's litigation department. Mr. Hardeman has extensive experience in handling a variety of business litigation disputes, including trademark, trade secret, copyright, unfair competition, and contractual matters. Prior to joining BKCG, Mr. Hardeman was a member of the Business and Tort Litigation practice group at Jones Day in Irvine, CA, where he served as lead defense counsel handling numerous business and consumer litigation cases throughout the country.
Mr. Hardeman received a B.A. in political science from the University of California, San Diego in 2004 and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2007. Mr. Hardeman is a member of the California State Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hardeman is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Business Trial Lawyer's Association.
